Logs for markndee

10-Jun-24
Found this with Beavar while taking a break from the hanging duck! Big rocks, great view around the country side. Found without drama. SL TFTC Betty Boo.

Found this cute little fellow around 3:45pm after a short downhill walk. Signed the necessary papers and returned him to his 'hook' facing a different direction for a change. TFTC

Well, 5 pairs of eyes could not spot this though we searched for sometime. Took a break to pop up and get the 'rocky view' cache, came back recharged and spotted it in no time, perhaps it was a change in the light, I saw duck feet, not leaves!Soon in hand with a Harrowang's long pole, we signed the log and returned him to his tree top view. What clever little feet he had! TFTC

Found this one with Beaver, he wasn't hard to spot, but so heavy to lower down... and it was my turn this time! We soon signed his log and replaced him safely on high. TFTC

Found with Harrowang and Beaver much faster than we did that jolly duck! So much better for the crick in the neck. Signed log and popped him back on high. TFTC

Found around 4pm with Beavar. Another wet one, the lid may not have been firmly tightened. He didn't seem to mind though just wanted his log signed and to get back on high, waving his limbs at us. TFTC

Thanks for this Christmassy pig cache Betty Boo. We managed to spot it with Beaver and carefully lower it, but the cache was wet, the lid can't have been on tightly. Dried the tube out with clothing and managed to sign the damp log and screw the lid on firmly before returning him on high.

We found this last one and signed the log around 4:12pm with Beaver and Harrowang. What a fabulous set of caches, we had good fun finding them all. We think you, Betty Boo had a lovely time creating them too, very creative! THANK YOU! (The pole we had was perfect for the job.)

Found around 3:15pm on the ground! Now how did he get there, so busy skiting he lost his footing? None the worse for wear, we signed his log and replaced him safely up the tree. TFTC

Found at 2:55pm, amazing the floods came so high right up the street! When often the river is so low or just pools! Very good hide! SL TFTC

Found at 3pm on our way home to Ballarat. The host is struggling to survive.
The cache was packed with damp mouldy logs. The container disintegrated in the weather and the bottom falling out. The camouflage tape faded and perished with most of it dropped off.
So we've replaced it with a new upmarket hanging bison tube and right-in-the -rain log to catch your eye in the sunshine.
SL Thanks for a cache to break the journey.
