FOund it.
Don't know if I was there before or after the cacher below but I thought I had hidden it fairly well.
Although it was a Sunday afternoon I still felt very exposed.

Found it.
Took longer than it should becasue we were on the wrong side of a fence that we didn't want to jump over. Should have beleived the GPS rather than thinking the extra few metres from where we were looking was signal reflection.

Nice one... a lot of effort went into the hide!
Was the trail through the bushes there or was it created by cachers?

Went straight to the hiding spot after searching for it during it's missing period for an hour or so.

Felt bad as I felt that an Alice local should find this one first, but with my imminent departure I had to give it a go.
Nice hide - while you are right it is in a TRE, I think the hide should be good enough to prevent finds. Maybe the only danger would be a curious kid....

Awesome climb. I couldn't find your suggested easy route but had fun climbing anyways, when I wasn't thinking about the descent!
All three bugs were in place, but of course now one is missing.

Nice one!
I was looking for a 2.5m long pipe, but I'm guessing you meant 250mm in the description.

Nice one... had no idea which way 280deg was, so just had a general snoop...
Since the competition got a mention, thought I'd plug my company too...
Found on my lunch break at nearby Raytheon. In related matters, our current project is installing a GPS antenna for the Hornet jet which is protected from jamming. Recently we've been testing the performance of the antenna by using various jammers provided by DSTO in their field just over the road.
So if your GPS doesn't work in the area, there is probably a good reason why.
If you are interested in the antenna, it's apoproximately 30cm in diameter, and worth about US$30,000 each. But it would give great accuracy for caching!

Got lazy and drove around the perimeter of the area until I was as close as possible.
Can't be a very popular spot with muggles if it can be 'hidden' so brazenly!

My first interstate cache.
Adelaide is lucky to have so many awesome locations in the city.

Stood around thinking for a few minutes before looking in the right spot.
I agree that this would be a very hard get on weekends. After hours on the weekday though is all good. Watch out for rangers though.

Found it as the sun was setting.
Awesome collection of goods! PLayed with the toys for a while. Left a C130 Hercules lapel pin. For some reason it only has 2 engines.

Found it.
Nothing too hard. Nice location though - can't be too many muggles passing by.
Saw an abandoned shower curtain nearby. The girlfriend made me nudge it to make sure it wasn't a dead body.

Hooray!
Found The Govenor at lunch. Almost decided to wear my work clothes as I though it would be all on paths - glad I didn't. Even without the dirt I would have come back dripping with sweat.
As previously mentioned - awesome view!

On a personally unsuccessful day couldn't find this cache.
Found my way through the way points quickly, and was pointed to a spot which looked ripe for a cache. Nothing was found however.
After an hour in the sun frying my face I decided to go home and watch cricket. Will return with a friend, hopefully a fresh pair of eyes will help.
I agree that this is an awesome park which would have been a favourite as a kid.

The swings are fenced off so had to rely on the GPS showing that we were 25m away. The readings got inaccurate due to bounce off trees whenever we got near the 25m mark.
Tried thinking of puns and came up with a good one, but none of the locations suggested by the pun were hiding a cache, at least that we found.
Looked at previous posts, and even saw a few lizards sun bathing, but no luck.
Will be back to crack the dishes.

Found it without too much trouble.
Awesome hiding spot!
Ropes is the master of clues.... would have looked at it and dismissed it without the clues in the verse

Made our way to within 20m fairly easily... but for a one-star difficulty rating it took us a long time to actually locate it. Took a turn at the wrong saplings and couldn't find it for ages. on the way out virtually tripped over it, which seems to be a common series of events.

Didn't have too much luck at the first WP at first attempt, but wasn't paying enough attention to the clues. A clue from a kind cacher revealed the location on the second attempt.
Searched for a while at GZ, and when we eventually found it realised that we had been standing on the cache's location to search a possible location half a metre away.

Took me a while but found it after encountering the "spiky" plant. It was the ivy clue that got me looking in the right spot.
A local was walking backwards and forwards while we were in the area, hopefully the cache will remain secure.
Took the "Udderly the walking cow" travel bug, left a fish necklace.

Got lucky with the find - my GPS was jumping a bit so turned around to start looking and there it was!
Have been in Nelson / Shoal Bay for the last week and it has rained the whole time! Lucky I got my tan last weekend!
The cache needs a clean, there was a green mould growing on most of the items. TNLN.

Finally!
Took me a while. I don't know how I missed the cache on previous attempts, but this time it just popped out at me.
