Our daughter is in training for a trip to Ecuador so knocked this one off. First cache for a few years. TFTC 

I have been unable to maintain this cache any longer so it has now been archived 

Needs maintenance and will update soon. 

On a walk today and have always been interested in this place but never visited. Found after little effort TFTC

Quick easy find TFTC 

Found this cache a while ago, but the place that it sits is now roped off to help save the great Rimu next to it.
We moved it north by 3m in a very similar position to the original, near a tree which is named the same as our top netball team.

Quick find. Have been walking the hill for fitness so no pencil on hand to sign the log. Will do it another time TFTC
As a side note a large number trees have been marked with painted numbers which may mean they are destined to be removed 

Been doing a bit of fitness walking the hill and checked for caches today. Easy find TFTC 

Found along with a heap of Tui flying around TFTC
 

Whew!! A hot spring day, never been here before so a good cache to have a look around. Great for the kids fitness!! Left Geocoin us6azn. Might have to come back for a fish soon!!

Got the coordinates, had a very good search to no avail, someone has been hut building and may have disturbed or removed cache? last found 3 months ago so may have happened a while ago.
May try again at another time. 

Great cache, very clever, stare at it long enough and it will reveal itself. I like it!! 

Found today on our way home from visiting Maungatautari Ecological Island Trust. TFTC 

Great day strolling through the forest, seeing Takahe, Kaka and Kakariki and climbing the viewing tower, took a bit to find and the hint was useful, 1st to log in new logbook. A great tribute to your lost pal. TFTC 

Great walk over the swing bridge. Very wet and moldy notebook needs attention. TFTC 

Great stop on our discover Waikato day. Had to wait for some muggles to vacate. TFTC 

This was a major scramble. Went the overland route, as the lake was high, unable to walk to it unless you were in togs and willing to swim for it!!. Steep drop to the zone but we handled it well. A lovely picturesque lake. Thank you for taking us there. TFTC 

Found on the way home from Rotoma today, often pass, seldom stop. TFTC 

Passed through today, but was unable to retrieve as too many muggles. Could see the cache under the robe, but left it in place. Will be passing through again soon so will sign the log then. 

On our way home from Rotoma. So often we have crossed this bridge and had no idea the beautiful river that flowed underneath, some guys were fishing from the bridge which looked like fun (whether it was legal was disputable). Thanks for opening our eyes. 

Had a look today, but was unable to find. On our way back from Rotoma Motor Camp, will try again during the Christmas break 

Great cache, pass through here all the time on our way to Rotoma, used to stay at the now defunked Hone Hopu Motor camp.. Left Hacky Sack. TFTC 

Found today after decoding quiz a while ago. Black covering glue has come unstuck but all seems in good order. Another great cache by cashkids. 

Found quickly, lid broken and log a bit beat up. TFTC 

Great place for a view of the lake and dam. Quickly found, nice piece of art. TFTC 

Found today, the largest cache I have seen. Lid thread seemed a bit worn but all looked good inside. TFTC 

First to find this coming summer season after the weather has finally been fine. All in good order and was well covered by leaves from winter. Very soft mud under foot so be careful when getting out of your kayak! 

Great cache for a Fathersday walk. Beautiful day with not a cloud in the sky. Could see the tips of Ruapehu and Taranaki through the distant hills from the trig. TFTC 

Knocked this one off on our way through, a busy little spot! 

A great excursion after crossing over the Tairua hill to give the kids a break and rid themselves of car sickness. Be sure the tide is out or not near the top as you may get trapped in one area while traversing the rocks. A great cache in a good position with beach combing a must on the way!! 

Quick find as we were passing through. Great spot!! 

Had a good hunt and believe it was almost in our grasp, but as it was a fine day and there were far too many muggles around to investigate properly. Will have to return and have a better rummage around! 

Found this after the second attempt and after actually reading the description properly. duh.
Anyway, with the autumn leaves falling around they nicely hid it from view well. A great spot.
