The West Boylston Lions are truly unremarkable in terms of their sports history, being one of the smallest high schools in a sea of schools that regionalized long ago.

This reproduction is on Cournoyer Pond near Mason Park in Holden, MA at the site of an old mill. Usually, the wheel is working, but water was not flowing due to the season when I logged this (the pond was frozen).

the Sephardic Synagogue in Nice, France. AKA the Association Cultuelle Israelite. My third cousin is a member and took me here for a tour, but the rabbi was sick and wouldn't let us in. My cousin says the synagogue was built around the turn of the 20th century.

Another Quonset hut in Sterling Massachusetts, not too far from the Sterling Peat huts posted by McDyver below. These are on DCR (Dept. of conservation & recreation) land and used to be part of the Sterling Peat operation as well.

The Sterling Spur, Mass Central Rail Trail. This is an entirely different section of rail trail from the Mass Central Rail trail section in Oakdale that was logged by McDyver below in 2003.

I did a lot of work on this trail, and obtained the bridge that crosses between the Quag and West Waushacum Pond.

Not much of a history, but certainly an historic project at an historic time. Normally closed, the Gosport Church spire was under reconstruction, and I got permission to take a peek to "inspect the work."
