Logs for myriapod

Found it with SherlockJr the day before leaving NZ.
On 9/11 I was at school and when I got home I turned on the TV and I was surprised because CNN was sending news on the swedish television... Which is very uncommon, but after a while I understood why, and it was shocking.

Thiis memorial spot was very nice., they were and are doing a great job. TFTC!

Found it with SherlockJr the day before leaving NZ Sad... for this vacation, already feels that it would be nice to come back. Smile
Good hiding spot and camo however. Hope it's still there (just read the log from the 25th).
TFTC!

While I was looking for mugglers, SherlockJr did the "fishing". It all turned out fine! Thanks for this one.

Found this one with SherlockJr, while we visited the Botanical Gardens in Christchurch. Lovely park, lovely walk and an even better hiding spot. A Favourite point for that!
Enough said, the cache is available again and the status should be changed.
Cheers from Sweden

Quick and easy one, nice to have some rest as well. Smile Found this one on our last night in NZ. Thanks a lot. Cheers from Sweden

Found this with SherlockJr after a very nice visit at the Giant House. Good spot and name of this cache. Thanx.

Had a lovely stay in Akaroa, our last stop before leaving NZ. Liked the lighthouse a lot. Favourite point! Quick and easy find as well, thanks. Brought 1 TB (the hamster-tag) with me. Cheers from Sweden

Found it with SherlockJr on a geocaching bikeride. A bird tried to attack us while we were seeking, maybe a nest nearby? Despite that, the cachehunt and signing went well. TFTC and greetings from Sweden

Not so much space for a rest (by sitting down) here anymore (due to the restorations) but I certainly had some time to think and remember. This was my first cache in Chch. Felt so sad when I was walking around in the city, of course for the people that were killed and those left behind, but also for the destruction and damage of the buildnings.
At the samt time, there was a feeling of hope and a new start, which I hope will leading the way for Chch again. Thanks for this cache

Found it with SherlockJr. Interesting place. The GPS acted a bit strange, but we found it anyway. Took 1 TB and 1 coin. TFTC!

Found it with SherlockJr while we were waiting for the bus, on our last day in Central Otago. Impressive fruit installation! More fruit to the people. TFTC and cheers from Sweden

Cache # 600 !!!!

Yeeey Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin

For a couple of weeks ago I started to think about the chance of logging my cache no. 600 while I still was travelling around in NZ (which I am doing until March the 24th, so 1 more week to go)... Therefore, me and SherlockJr started to seek even more caches than we probably normally would do... but it payed back, finally the Old Cromwell Town became this anniversary cache for me!
Sorry about my bad english, I guess it's beacause I am excited Smile

Good hide at a beautiful spot, and the café nearby was very nice too.
Favourite point of course.

TFTC and greetings from Falun, Sweden

13-Mar-13
A lot of mugglers around but we had a rest and waited. Took one TB. TFTC and cheers from Sweden

Good hide. Had to watch out for the fresbee golfplayers though. SherlockJr left one TB here. TFTC!

Found it with SherlockJr before heading to Cromwell. Not that many people on this side of the park. The cache was a bit away from where the GPS directed us. Thanks for the cache!

Thanks a lot for this cache, on this absolutely beautiful place (Favourite point).
Nice to learn some more things about the nature around here, as we did by logging this cache.
The weather was very good today and the sandflies were hungry (as always, I guess).
We also went on one of these boattrips which gave us some very scenic views as well.
TFTC and greetings from Sweden

Pretended to look at the posters on the wall while logging this one. Did not see the note about e-mailing the coulor until now, sorry about that. Anyway, we found some space to write on. TFTC.
Cheers from Sweden!

Found it with SherlockJr. Unfortunately not so much luck with the penguins this evening, but we spotted two in a far distance. Thanks for the cache and for the information about the old forest!

Cool area with all the windsvept trees and of course Slope Point. Good hiding spot. Just to wait for the mugglers to go away from their cars down the trail. TB out. TFTC!

When we arrived we did not think this was an easy one due to all the mugglers on the camping site. But we went out to the beach and took the other way around, which made it much easier Smile So a good hiding spot after all. Thanks a lot. Cheers from Sweden.

A lot of sea lions on the beach this evening. Took a while to find the cache. I had already given up when SherlockJr spotted it, not too far from where we looked at first. Thanks for the cache.

Masses of tourists here today but suddenly they were all away, which made it easy to find this one.
Like another geocacher said, I also would vote for an upgrade of the terrain rating Smile Thanks for the cache!

SherlockJr and I were out running today and of course with we brought the GPS... Smile
Thanks for this nice cache hide and for the information about the park.

Second cache find for us in Dunedin. Nice one, noticed that this is a common cachehide in NZ... like it. Thanks mollymop!

We did not look (or should I say feel) that close to this one at first, so it took a while. Second screening resulted in happy logging. TFTC!

Definately one of my favourite caches so far in NZ (--> favourite).
Did not found any trackables in it though. TFTC!

Found it with SherlockJr today, the first one in Dunedin! Left one travelbug. Thanks for the cache!

On a short visit in Hokitika (instead of Greymouth), which turned out to be a good choice. Nice caches, a lovely beachfront hostel and a friendly vibe in town. Thanks for this one!

Second cache for us in Hokitika today, (no need for) pretend being tourists looking at the statue. Smile Good hide. Thanx!

Reached this one before the sunset, but it was a nice area anyways! Third one in Hokitika today. Thank u.

So close to our hostel, what a nice one... and a cute cat was watching it. The log strip had fallen down but we replaced it. TFTC! Favourite.
