Found it. There’s an obvious container sitting in pretty much plain view. I’m pretty sure that someone’s replaced the original thinking it’s gone. Keep looking for a smaller container which is well hidden. That one is what you’re looking for.

Awesome. Thank you. I haven't seen a container like that before! 

I've come out a few times for this one and had no luck. Where I think it is the place is trashed, there's even a syringe stuffed into the cog of the winch so please be careful. I contacted the council and they assured me it would be removed, but months later it is still there. Of the cache owner would like to contact me and let me know where it is I would be more than happy to let you know if it's trashed or if I'm just hopeless and can't find it lol. GPS seems to jump around a bit in that location.
