Logs for RedStar7
16-Nov-10
Tried a lot of tricky things to find this one. Somehow didn't notice it at the first look. TFTC!
Dont' know about camo, but it was very well observable. My last one during Australia visit. TFTC!
Looked for this for some minutes. When I noticed where it is, I had to look after some extra "step" and was glad to find a log nearby. TFTC!
Well, maybe the cache is really great but I didn't like to dig around garbage too much. Passed this one.

At first I was confused because I saw only one pink sign with digits on it. When I drove by there another day I accidentally noticed the real sign. But as the cache was too far from GZ I couldn't get it .

Noticed a corner of the cache shining otherwise I'm not sure if I would look there according to hint. TFTC!
I didn't read other logs when got to this one. My GPS and map clearly pointed 20 m ahead of the bridge where I just got dirty :/. Had no time to return there later .
Found this one after some 10 minutes. At first I thought I'm too short to finger-check every suspicious place but then I suddenly saw it . TFTC!

I imagined this to be more tricky then it actually was. After 20 minutes serching I finally got the cache is and felt a bit stupid about myself .
Thank you!
Thank you!

At first I planned just to go to the Black hill and assess the difficulty of this cache because I hadn't seen the added pictures, there was wet around and I hadn't said anyone where I was going. When I got there from not-recommended side I thought - hey, it's not that difficult, let's have a little try. And I tried . Thorns made my way down much more difficult than the slippery foundation beneath my feet. After some 20 minutes I found the cache in a place which seemed quite appropriate for the GC. I was very happy, of course . Went back using the "easy way" avoiding those stabbing bushes.
I wouldn't recommend going there from the difficult side and while the ground is wet. Although it's possible to do it. Even alone .
Don't wear your best clothes cause they will become a bit golden .
TFTC! And great container, too.

Despite the rain I had to wait for some 15 minutes till smokers got away. When I checked GZ it was so wet around that I considered going away. But the only suspicious object was the right one . Hadn't seen such a camouflage before. Then the most tricky part started - putting it back cause there were some new damn smokers. Had to wait for at least 20-25 minutes. I was happy that no one asked me - who are you waiting for, son?

It was a bit tricky to get the cache unnoticed despite the rain. Putting back was even more difficult. A nice camouflage . TFTC!

I really liked this one. Those caches who are dedicated to history always are special. Couldn't find it in my first attempt cause my GPS was pointing at least 10 m away. Then with a little help from the author I found my first multi cache ever . Many thanks!
Found in my 2nd attempt. In my first attempt there were too many railway workers. Nice and easy . TFTC!

Was half full of water. Tried to write something but I'm not sure if it will stay there visible on logbook.

Had to smile for the hint when I saw it . The cache was visible by some 10 m away so there was no problem at all. Maybe could be a bit more mugglers safe. TFTC!
Went to the cache from North but there was no dry way how to get to it. So I took off my shoes and socks . But it's not the only way how to get the cache. Actually it was a lot easier than it seemed from the North side.
A great place, worth to visit! But the cache lied down there at the bench and was very well visible. Hid it a bit more accurate.

There's a lot of rabbits there . Found the cache after some 5 minutes searching. Thank you!
I went all the way to the cache from Wendouree lake and I saw just some cars driving by the Airport road. Near the coordinates I noticed a parked car with an old man inside. I was very upset but didn't want to give up. Luckily the cache wasn't exactly aside the old man's car who seemed asleep. Got the cache unnoticed. Thank you!

I really wanted to find this one and finally did it. My GPS was constantly pointing me away, and it confused me. Not that difficult as I thought it is. Found 20 cents while searching the cache .
Coins are a bit wet, btw. Took Indonesian coin and one arabic one (?). Left 3 Latvian coins.

My GPS really loved the fence and I had a a bit hard time because of that. When I almost gave up, looked some other places and there it was . TFTC!
Didn't found this one. I performed for at least 4* but no luck. It's a bit hard to believe those terrain *-s mentioned here , maybe that was my problem.
Wasn't too difficult once my GPS was precise enough this time. The cache is a bit wet inside. TFTC!

Didn't find a food box, but I found a magazine with a lot of pretty girls . Too bad I had mom nearby and had nowhere to hide the magazine.
Maybe I'll return for the cache once more sometime.

Wasn't difficult at all as I looked up and noticed something suspicious .
Took a bus and left Eva which I found caching nearby. As it was a bit too large to insert into box I left it under the cache. Enjoy it

Dogs were very courious about me and one even barked at me for a long time but I waited for my moment to come and used it. Successfully!

Walked all the way from Wendouree lake and back to get this one. It was surprisingly well hidden

This was a bit tricky due to my GPS behaviour but after going 10 minutes around the cache finally got it . It was hidden very naturally and I really liked it.

This one's a bit tricky . When I saw the container, I thought that it looks like, ahm, wtf?
Thank you for the cache!
Thank you for the cache!
My GPS at first got me 10 meters away from the cache so it took a while. But successful

Looked for this one for about 20 minutes but no luck. All the time I thought that someone will come and ask what I'm doing there, and it wasn't very comofortable.
I don't really like those caches at fences with a closed teritory because you never know if you have to cross the fence. The idea of a cache is great but I think that it would better suit for more city-centered caches. As a tourist I'm not really keen on visiting places located that far. Well, that's just my opinion
Sorry, no Latvian coin for this one.

My GPS really liked the fence but there was no cache. Then I checked the place where I would hide a cache and there it was
Thank you!
Thank you!
This is a very nice place where to go and see some interesting birds.
Thank you very much!

It was a bit tricky to find this one, but coordinates were precise and I had no much trouble with mugglers either.
