Spent 10 minutes looking a couple of weeks ago and had to stop because Mrs x1048576 was geting impatient to continue her bike ride. This time I found it in about 10 seconds. TFTC!

Spend quite a while looking, but didn't find. Did see a gorgeous tree snake with a yellow belly, so it was worth it.

Geodog had to be left behind with Mrs x1048576, but I found it very quickly. Dropped off a Travel Bug we found in the California Desert.
25-Jun-11
It took quite a while to find this because my GPS was only giving me 10m accuracy but we got it in the end! Dropped of a trackable we found in California.

Thanks to the rain, we were finally able to visit this spot with no muggles around and found it quickly (though the coordinates are a bit off). Plus we saw a double rainbow! TFTC!

Thanks for taking us up here to see the view. After we found it we had a lovely walk along the Great North Walk.

Once we made it past all the spiders to GZ, we found it quickly. A nice cache in a lovely spot. Thanks!

After visiting the Entombed Warriors at the Art Gallery we decided to find this one. Unfortunately there were two muggles sit right under the tree. We came back 15 minutes later and they were still there. Finally they left and we found it easily.

We had a nice walk along the bike path from the beach and an easy find. Picked up Bronze Benchmark Micro Geocoin TFTC!

What a lovely spot! We walked over from Timber Beach (to the south) after visiting the sea caves there. Thanks.

First find of the year! A nice short walk along the track and then we went for a swim in the river. TFTC!

We were walking the main range walk and on the way down from Mt Carruthers, the kids demanding the GPSr and raced off to find the geocache. They were still full of energy so we took them down to Blue Lake for a swim afterwards.
It was a beautiful sunny day so there were lots of people on the summit, but no-one paid any attention to a bunch of kids searching the rocks (except for another geocacher!) With 10 kids searching, it was quickly found to much excitement.

Took my kids and nieces and nephews along the path from Thredbo Diggings and one of them found the cache without much difficulty. Afterwards they went for a swim by the hut.
My son took the GPS to lead hi brother and cousins in the search for this cache. He took them to the wrong side of the river, but they waded across to find it. Then we couldn't get them out of the river because they kept finding gold flecks in the water.
28-Dec-10
Staying at a ski lodge in Perisher, took my kids and various nieces and nephews on the walk to the Porcupine and they were all very excited to search for their first ever cache. With six kids searching the cache was found to much delight.

Wanted to pick up a cache on the way home from Newcastle but it kept raining. So when the rain stopped we went to the nearest cache. Continued on to the walk down to looking glass bay, which was very pretty.

Went round the lakes a couple of times but could not find the plaque with the information about swans. We're either going blind or council has removed it for repairs or something. We used Wikipedia plus a guess for the missing information and must have got it right because the cache was right where we guessed. Left a key ring, picked up a little torch. Thanks!

Beautiful day, so we walked from Maroubra. Searching was difficult because there were lots of people passing by. We couldn't find it, but at least we picked up "Hunt Me Down" on the way back.
[Took some searching, but we found it!]
I was looking under some rocks, when I noticed that one of them was hollow!
[Thanks for the cache!]

We came along the beach at low tide, but alas couldn't find it. We really enjoyed the walk and never knew this spot was there!

Third time's a charm. I think we are getting the hang of finding these things now! Thanks for the cache!
The entire headland has now become a National Park, so anyone visiting this cache should not be worried about continuing on to the headland -- it's worth the walk! I've attached a map showing the current situation.

Our second cache for the day after picking up Uloola. Mrs x1058576 found while I was still try to get the GPS to settle down. Finally it said 2m and she said "found it!".
Mrs x1048576 was getting pretty annoyed because in in four goes she hadn't been the one to find the cache, so she was very happy to find it. Lovely spot! I have a photo of my father here in 1949 which I'll post.

It was getting dark when we got there, but fortunately I had forgotten to take my torch out of my pocket, so I was able to find the cache in the gloom. The sunset over the stream and the airport was gorgeous. Thanks!

Our first time looking for a cache. We searched for 20 minutes and didn't find it. My GPS said I was 0 m away from it when I was standing right on top of a small cave that would make a really good hiding spot, so I suspect that the cache is no longer there.
We did find bits of the ship wreck down near the water, so we did at least find something.
