This cache was unfortunately washed away in a recent flood. I will be replacing it and re-enabling when the conditions allow.

This one had been a source of frustration on a couple of other occasions (I'm a regular walker of Le Gerche and have stopped in a few times in the past). The GPS always seems to jump around at this loation, must just have bad signal due to the many trees surrounding GZ. And just when I thought the cache would allude me once more I did a final sweep of the area and viola! Finally found it! A nice little hide stashaa, thanks for the lost hair and ground teeth from the last few attempts!

(found with the Gaffer) Walked up to is one from Codes Forest Rd, about 300m through the bush. A very nice walk! Thanks 2Dudez for introducing us to a lovely secluded location. Would love to see someone tackle this in the 4x4!

(found with the Gaffer) I looked for this one almost a year ago, but was using a cheap GPS and id not find. I finally got around to having another crack at it now that I have a decent GPS and it didn't take long to have the cache in hand. Impressive house, FJ1!

Finally found it!

I'd been here before and done circles around GZ for longer than I care to admit. Frustrated with the DNF, I came back home and read previous comments and finally the hint. Yup, the coords are way off! If you're about to look for this one, read the hint. Coords are useless, other than getting you to the general vicinity.

Took the Luckyn 2000 Find coin, will help it continue its travels around this country.

Thanks to those who notified me that the cache had been disrupted. It has been restored to it's hidden location and measures taken to ensure that this shouldn't happen again. Happy hunting!

Very easy find, one of those caches you know exactly where it is as you get close...

Such a sad, sad piece of history. It's good that these boys are being remembered, but so very sad for the families who were involved.

A nice little multi! Your co-ords for GZ were spot on. Very nicely cammo'd cache too - if people leave it like I found it there's very little chance of being muggled! Well done.
