Logs for Classielass
06-Feb-09
Lucky I know how to rock climb. I had the glory of finding the cache (even though I followed Sevren to the general area). He couldn't quite make it up to the cache location where I was nicely pirched but he was close enough to deserve some credit
This was the second for the day. It was a lovely view. Had 2 make a rather small path to get there but made it. Luckily it wasn't too hot when this cache was found
Ahh maybe the bushes are dead in winter coz they looked quite alive to me, or was I looking at the wrong ones? Anyhow we found it after a long search and a bit of rock climbing. And after saying to Sevren that I knew where they were and him not believing me
Logging with permission.
Found this cache on January 17 but have been rather busy lately. It was a good find and nice area and finding out who set up the place was good

This one was a good find but my calf muscles didn't think so. Mum rung me while we were up there so good cellphone reception as well. Hmmmm, I can't remember what happened to my left boot
Went down the wrong path at first but managed to find it. It was a good thing about suggesting the boots. i had a bit of trouble gripping the ground.
Sevren started looking on the wrong side of the road but he told me to say that it was near the road just on the other side. The blackberry bushes are a pain but a geocacher must deal with a few scratches I'm sure
This was my first for the day. It was very nice and cool as we did it earlier in the day. The restaurant sells good icecreams

we went straight past this one originally. I covered it up a bit better when I put it back
Sevren got me doing most of the work for this one. I finally found it after going round in circles
went to the wrong pole originally but got it after a while. went for a walk along the beach after we found the cache
we went over the bridge the first time and I started holding my breath but it didn't quite work. I succeeded on the way back though.
I have to agree with the additional hint. I hid it a bit better when I put it back
Sevren was looking up the wrong tree with this 1. I found it though. It looks like a really good fishing spot though
If this one was a snake Sevren would've been very badly bit. I found it easily
I didn't want to get this one originally as I'm scared of spiders but I put it back though. got over the spiders enough I guess
I turned out to be standing right above it. Luckily Sevren managed to see it and told me that I was above it
Had to do a bit of a bush hunt for this one. there were a few mugglers around but managed to find cache without them even knowing we were there
Fairly easy find. there was a family there but didn't see us get the cache
we had a van and a kid on a motorbike go past. Sevren thought I broke my ankle when I stood on a branch but it was just the branch breaking slightly
Found this one after walking around trying to find somewhere to go for a pee. I saw it originally but thought that it wasn't the cache
I sat just about on top of this one. Luckily Sevren and I didn't need to get our feet wet. just beware of possum bait around the cache area

this one really killed my right calf muscle on the way back to the car. It was rather windy when we went up so I was struggling to walk both to the cache and back to the car
We had two goes at this one. the first time we went, there were quite a few people there so we left and did a couple of other caches then came back. there was nobody there the second time thankfully
I have to agree with the paint job on the cache. The cache was a bit damp. maybe the next person to visit should take some more silica gel to put in the cache
There was a guy around the area that we spoke to about what we were doing and I won't be surprised if a new cacher joins up. and we didn't tell him that there was nearby where he was
There were a few mugglers around. the walk was quite good. Its a pity about the ones that have been forgotten
I caused Sevren to missed to the correct turn-off. It was a long way down the road and the walk was enjoyable. I saw a seal and It looked like it was posing for the camers when I got some photos of it
this was my second cache for today. nice area with a view of lake ellesmere.
I managed to find the graves of Francais and Justine. Pity about a child who died the day after he was born
we found a couple of trees that were stunning and at one stage the gps said that we had about 200 metres to go then it said 87 metres. rather weird but true
we found this one after we went along the shore until we were just about under it. then discovered that we didn't need to.
Nice Location. Have been in this area a few times before and never knew that the cache was there. And I discovered that at times I can be half-blind as I couldn't see the cache

[We found this one after a while. I found it easy while Sevren had been there once before.]A broken branch around the area is my fault
Fairly easy find. the seat was occupied when we arrived so we went and watched a tennis match. The GPS didn't register that I was swinging on a swing while waiting for the seat occupants to leave but a good find in the end
Sevren parked the car on a very major angle and I tried not to fall out of the car. When we got to the cache area I just about put my face into a spider web. I don't like spiders very much. If there had been a spider I probably would have screamed (possibly)
An unplanned trip to this one. We were on the way past so thought we might find it. it was fairly easy as well
Interesting location. Pity that the child died so young. the working out was fairly easy
