03-Oct-10
First outing for such a long time. Walked from home and logged this easy find. Thanks! Big Grin

04-Oct-09
Our first for the day. A great view from this location. Off to see if we can bag the others around the area. TNLNSC. Thanks.

We searched and searched for this cache. Even resorted to using the clue but with no success. Area looks to have been experiencing some particularly wild weather in recent months along with very high tides. Will have to return another day. Thanks anyway the walk was great!!!!

Our second cahe for the day and a great chance to visit this secluded spot. Still a lot of foam around but not enough to encroach on the cache. TNLNSL. Thanks.

15-Sep-09
Spent some time enjoying a history lesson about this area and completing the puzzle. An easy find once GZ was reached. Thanks!!

Stopped here to cook up a bbq lunch between the showers. About the only sheltered spot on the river today. A nice easy find after short walk. TNLNSL. Thanks!!

Unable to find cache today. Area looks like a mini cyclone has swept through along with some very high tides. The three of us searched for some time but with no success.

After a short, but somewhat muddy walk, we reached GZ and bagged our first for the day. Off to find some others around the area. Thanks.

Dropped in on this one as our last stop before returning home. Surprised to find that we appear to be the first to find this cache. TNLNSL Thanks!!

10-Sep-09
Re visited this magic spot to drop off a geo coin. A quiet morning on Sisters Beach even though school holidays are in full swing. Able to drop off coin and sit and enjoy the view without being disturbed by anyone.

15-Aug-09
Getting fairly late in the day. Took the chance to stretch our legs and give geo- pup a run prior to heading home and bagged this cache.

Thanks

Our last for the day. Searched in the dark and came up trumps with a lovely Geo-coin that we will move along really soon
Thanks.

A great spot to stop on you travels around the Tamar Valley. A comepletely different view of a well known landmark.
Thanks for the Cache.

Forgot to mention that the container that holds this cache is in urgent need of repair. Cracked lid is letting in plenty of water and the cliplock bags are fairly ratty. We dried out the contents as best we could but had run out of any cliplock bags to safegaurd the contents any further. Needs attention.

Thanks F1nT the whole crew had a great time here after finding this hide. Geo-Pooch had a run, Junior-cacher ran riot in the playground and we enjoyed the sunshine and a great coffee from the cafe around the corner. Thanks.

Stopped and enjoyed the sunshine at this nice spot for just a while. An nice easy find but log was fairly wet and soggy. The lid of the micro cannot be secured very well and moisture is getting in. Thanks all the same.

Had a great time bagging this cache. Great fun for the whole gang with a maths and history lesson thrown in at no extra cost!!!
Thanks Michaels Mob for another great themed Cache.

A nice safe spot to stop off and bag this easy to find cache. Thanks.

Our second find for the afternoon at yet another little suburban reserve that I didn't know existed. Thanks for this clever little hide. Well done.

Bagged this as a drive-by with whole family in tow. Unfortunately a wandering pooch had also logged a visit very close to GZ and I located that with a size 9 while logging my visit. Thanks anyway.

Dodged security, gardeners, and guests to bag this one. Although cache appeared secure there was a fair amount of water inside container. Wiped out and returned to position. Contents all ok.

Great view. Took mini lock, left stickers and eraser.

A dead easy find!!!

TNLNSL TFTC.

Very clever hide Michaels Mob. Thought for a while that the GPS was playing tricks but alas it was spot on. Well Done. Great Cache.

Took Nothing. Left Stickers and Eraser.

Great place for Doggy Cacher to stretch his legs. Explored this great open area for quite some time. Another reserve that I never knew existed. Great Stuff.

A short hike up the road after work and school with junior and doggy cachers in tow and we bagged this in no time. With all the rain lately the Gorge was in full flow, A great sight from here.
Dropped off Diabetes Travel Bug and an Eraser.

Missed out on FTF by "that much" Well done Michaels Mob. Guess we will just have to settle for best of the rest!! Another great Doggie friendly cache in suburbia. Took nothing. Left eraser. Thanks DGT for this great little hide.

Thanks Michaels Mob for this great themed cache. The whole family really enjoyed the challenge. The dog loved the run but alas came back covered in buzzies. Junior cacher liked the look of Tiger land key ring so swapped out this and left Koalas Australia key ring. Thanks again.

Thanks Mad Chilli for this great Dog Friendly cache. Very wet underfoot after a night of wild weather in Launceston. Most paths had become creeks but the dog loved every minute of the walk. Took Travel Bug and left glass gems and stickers. Thanks again.

Thanks Michaels Mob for another Dog friendly Cache. Very wet underfoot after a wild wintery night. TNLN. TFTC.

Yet another spot to take the pooch for a run while bagging a cache. A clever little hide another of launcestons great little public reserves. Took Key Ring. Left Stickers and glass gems. Thanks!!!

Our first for the day. A perfect reserve to take the new pup for a run whilst Jnr. Cacher searched for the booty. Took rubber and left sticker sheet. Thanks!!!

A great way to end a good days cache hunting with a stroll through this reserve with the family and pooch. A pity the area seems to have been subject to land clearing activities. However to our surprise the cache was still in place. Beware of the gorse prickles underfoot as you approch the area. Took whistle, left sticker sheet. Thanks!!!

Great place to park and grab a two for one deal with Valley Views (GC19HAE) just a couple of hundred metres away.
Nice easy find. Took Nothing but found enough room in cache to leave glitter pen. Thanks!!

Another great spot to take the dog for a run while bagging a cache at the same time. Didn't take to long to find this one, a clever little hidey hole though. Took nothing but left some glass globs to add a little colour. Thanks!!!

23-Jul-09
Big Grin A qick dash to locate this one. minus five degrees howling wind and sleet. Ground like an ice skating ring. BRRRR!!!!! Shame about the lack of any sort of view.

Big Grin Nice easy find to start the day. Avoiding muggles the biggest challenge here!

16-Nov-08
Our first find for the day. Stopped by to check this cache out on the way to drop a special little geocoin up the road not far from here. What a great view. Amazed that this cache has not been muggled being in such close proximity to so many surrounding houses.
Little cacher took little badge and left 5 footy cards.
Thanks.Smile

Well even with beautiful clear sky the GPSr was really struggling down amoungst the canopy. A fair bit of up and down, scambling here and there. Eventually our persistance paid off. A lovely walk to a very serene spot. No Nastys encounterd. Perfect!!!

Little Cacher took magnifying glass and left glass gems, purple figurine and winnie the pooh figurine.

Thanks Smile

Decided to visit this log today to drop off the "Sympathy for the Devil" Geocoin. Couldn't think of a more appropriate spot. Hope that a Globetrotting geocacher picks it up and furthers its travels. It was dissapointing to read that the last travel bug left at this location has dissapeared without being logged. If found please follow instructions and further this guys journey.
Left Geo Coin and Pez dispenser.
Took Nodding Eeyore.
Thanks.

02-Nov-08
Took the time while staying at the family shack to head out a find this one. Headed out with neice and nephew in tow to share the geocaching fun with more of the family. An easy find was the order of the day and we all sat nearby to read others logs. Little cachers took the note pad and decided to leave Oscar the Grouch. TFTC.

Great view to be had from here. Very inventive hide.
TNLN TFTC.

Took some time to find this cache. Even though the park area was relatively quiet, every time I came close to bagging the cache I was muggled. Waited for my moment then success. TNLN. TFTC.

A quick stroll up picturesque path to bag this little find. Almost to easy find due to the cache having been left almost in the open. Replaced in exactly same location with a little cover to ensure its safety. TNLN TFTC.

18-Oct-08
Our first for the day. The cache appears to have been plundered over time with few treasures left. Decided to leave some colourful glass gems ti brighten it up. TFTC.

A nice easy cache on the way home to Launceston. Thanks

Spent almost an hour wandering around aimlesly searching for this hide but to no avail. Interesting spot though. Left dissapointed but will have to return another day to seek out this "easy find"??? Thanks anyway.
