Quick stop here to do a job at the fire shed, then lunch and lo and behold there is a cache less than 20 metres away. Can't let that go. Thanks 

Passed by here in the course of my work and being a road I rarely travel I thought I'd grab a couple of caches which I remembered were here, so this and the next one down the duly found etc.

Returning from Ballarat this time and Im starting to feel a little tired so remembering that there was a cache here I decided to pull up and get it and get a little revived in the process. Easy find and if Id seen any snakes I might have been fully revived.

Was on my way to Ballarat with one of my sons and I thought his eyes might help this time but I need not have worried because it was an easy find. It seems it wasn't there last trip so that's a little gratifying.

Went back this arvo to clean up the few of this series we still had outstanding. Nearly all were a tad tricky to find including this one but I eventually spotted it. Nice one. Thanks 

Done a bit of work for the nearby establishment over the years and no doubt will do more. Nice to glab a cache associated. 

We called here first but there was a police car parked nearby so we left, did a few others, then came back. Quick find thereafter. Thanks 

Headed back home now via Winton wetlands so this was on the way. One I should have got ages ago really. 

Was here in the process of a long multi/ mystery anmd thought we'd grab this as we were right there. Took a littlke while to spot the cache but found it without too much difficulty.

Redid a couple of mysteries yesterday and in the process grabbed a couple of caches this being the first. Found with little difficulty despite the tricky hide.

Another one that might have caused some consternation if we'd not been awake. As it was didn't take too long. No fish using the ladder that I could see but I guess the water is a bit murky. 

This one needs a little attention I'm afraid. Found a would up log sheet but no container. Still enough for a find. 

Easy find. In fact I could see it from a distance. Hid it a bit better on leaving. 

Could see that this was going to be a bit of a challenge and given that we'd found everthing else we tried for today this should have been in the bag but wasn't. I'm blaming Geojen who, I coulkd see wanted to call it quits and head home. We'll try again another day.

Nice Hotel. Seemed to have most of the facilities although didn't hang about too long since Geojen had walked ahead so I was trying to catch up. 

Yes Yertle was home. This took me back to a series I did a couple of weeks back near Bacchus Marsh. Lots of similar beasties there too. 

This one had me tricked for a moment but not too long. I remember a similar one from quite some years back. Very clever. Thanks 

Thankfully we knew the answer here so quickly sorted although it took Swaggies keen eyes to spot the actual cache. 

Getting a little over the stroll by now but we kept going. Not much choice really seeing the car was back there. 

Quickly found and logged this one. Nobody around so was pretty easy although show weekend was quite recent. Lucky we didnt turn up then. 

Another one I should have done earlier than than today being as close as it is to home. A few club cars roaring around today so a bit to see I suppose. 

Had lunch here just yesterday and I'm back today to do caches. Bit windy today. Otherwise a nice day. 

Emptied my pockets before doing this one for obvious reasons but as it turned out, didn't need to. A different sort of place to find a cache but good fun. Always enjoy a bit of a challenge. 

Did as suggested and walked the plank and soon located the cache. Enjoyed a walk all the way around the lake today. 

Had to duck down to Benalla for work, on a Saturday mind you, so I thought I'd grab this one on the way past. Thanks rob 

Been past here so many times thinking I must call and get this one. Today I finally made the effort. Found the cache in the open and evidence that something like a bobcat had moved the rock which I presume was the hiding place. Placed back under the rock which was only moved about a metre. Thanks again for this series. 

Havent stopped here for a while but today I topped up the fuel and grabbed the cache as well. Thanks again 

From memory I think there used to be a cache in the very spot before this one. Didn't do anything other than grab the cache and onwards. Thanks robmc 

Needed a bit of help here but got it sorted eventually. Nice stroll 

Nice little hide here although we found the cache missplaced slightly. Replaced it where it should be.

Tried hard here but apart from a few jabs from the said plant/hint couldnt seem to locate it. Nice garden all the same 

peppercorns always make good cache hides. Always nooks and crannys and as long as no possums are in residence alls well. Soon found this one.

Bumped into a couple of cachers on roller blades here so we combined in our search. Robmc found it while the rest of us were ready to give up.
Probably the third cache I've done here over the years. 

Freezing night and one where running around collecting clues seems much less inviting than sitting in a warm house drinking hot chocolate. Nevertheless did the former, and the latter later.

Apart from a couple of guys taking photos of each other we had this place to ourselves. Ended up taking photos for the said dudes while robmc went after the cache.
