Logs for DeutschOz

They are some impressive wheels! Hate to think how much they weigh!!
Thanks for the cache - nice one!

Took nearly as long to extract the log as it did to find the cache! Tweezers required on this one. More a nano than a micro I would have thought.

The whole Zumsteins picnic area is currently closed off due to extensive flood damage. If the cache survived it's currently inaccessible.
A beautiful spot! Tricky to find with confused readings on the GPS. Got it after a bit of a hunt.
The track to the bottom of the falls is closed due to flood damage so this cache (if it survived) is currently inaccessible.
Beautiful spot on the McKenzie River. Not much left of the bridge these days!

Cycled in to Drysdale on the rail trail - 30 degrees and into a North wind made it more challenging, though the way back will be easier... A nice easy find and we're off to the pub for lunch.
Cheers!
Cheers!
The cache container was slightly ajar when we found it and Oz got a handfull of earwigs - eww! Evicted the buggers and sealed up the cache so the next cachers should have less chance of an unpleasant suprise...

After a little head-scratching over the calculations we had a nice walk to the cache. Thanks!

Found this one a while back but dropped by to introduce a mate to Geocaching. Took: Geocoin

Another snakie location - this summer's going to be fun caching in all the long grass... Thanks for the cache!
Looks like we weren't the only ones worried about snakes in the long grass. Could be recurring theme this summer after all the recent rains. Wouldn't consider this one wheelchair friendly any more - at least not until that grass is tamed. Thanks for the cache!

A nice easy last cache for the day after a great walk up here - that climb got the heart pumping! A BIG thanks to the Rabbids for organising our day out caching. Thanks B, we had a great day! Cheers!
Great day, perfect weather! No.1 for the day with CooPzZ, Lokori, and The Rabbids. The Kooyoora Nat. Park's looking fantastic after the recent rains!
Getting slippery on the track up here, and attacked by feral mozzies at GZ - lucky CooPzZ came prepared with the Aeroguard.
No. 5 for the day with CooPzZ, Lokori and The Rabbids! On the home stretch - getting hungry!
Got the coordinates and enjoyed an awesome view from the top! Decided in the end that it was too far to walk to GZ and Back Rd was closed, so we'll grab this one next time. Cheers!

Oz from DeutschOz found wpt 1 & 2 with CooPzZ but wpt 3 had us stumped. CooPzZ later had a theory, which looks like was correct... Have to go back for another look myself.

Garmin jumping all over the place under the trees made the search longer than expected. Easy one once at GZ.. Nice spot. Cheers!

Found at 11:13 on a beautiful Sunday morning hot on the heels of Feathertop and Featherdown.
Found it barely minutes before Feathertop and Featherdown who probably thought we were were muggles! Cheers.
Found it after a beautiful walk. Needs a new log as it's completely full. Cheers.

Got stuck hiding under the structure until an old lady moved on. Nearly got sprung on this one! Thanks.
Found after a nice walk along the beach. Difficult to search properly with so many muggles around...

Found it just on dusk when there were no muggles around. Enjoyed the goodies we found

Found it! What a great view and just down the road from home!
Thanks Vicfire, we never had a reason to come out here before.

Found it! The cache container has sustained some damage and the log is both full and in complete disarray!
