Records show that it was 3 months since Fredd0 attended an event and that was in Paris. Today was a great day to catch with the caching community and to see some well deserved gongs awarded. Congratulations to the winners. You are a fabulous group. Give yourself a pat on the back. You have raised the bar another notch. 

It was a ridiculous idea but wow it was fun. Pity about the weather. Seriously though thanks for the encouragement.

Excellent presentation. Start with the easy ones folks and work up you skill set. You will have fun and there is more bang for your bucks. Enjoy. 

Freddo was the geocacher with the big smilie face. Great to meet the Whyalla cachers. I bet you are glad I had a shower... 

Lovely spot to cache up with a caching group of people. I cached some the lunch in my beard and enjoyed a snack later in the day. Welcome to all of the new people and fond hello to all the rest. 

I was travelling east with Waldron and passing through Truro I saw Reno.62. Time for a pasty. Five minutes later Dazz turned up for a pie. We have got ourselves a convoy. Several caches later it was time for lunch. The first part of the puzzle was to find the venue. Oh upstairs. There is a lift if you are in a wheel chair. Lots of cachers and food and drink. Gee it is noisy in here. Lets go caching some more. Thanks for a great weekend. The Pajero has mud on the roof. 

After just 1 more cache we arrived just in time to hear the start of the proceedings. Thanks to anyone who voted for A cache is a cache is a cache is a cache. This year Whereigos. Next year the world. A seriously big thank you to the organizers on a well run event. 

I woke up this fine Saturday morning and said to my children: I'm your Father. They said: Use the Fork, Luke. Suitably charged with a double shot of expresso we arrived at GZ to find Iron Man, The Hulk, Flash and Catwoman! WTF? In a galaxy far far away there is supposed to Jedi and Sith. Hutt and Fett. Iron Man, The Hulk, Flash and Catwoman must be lost from another dimension.

At high noon the battle commenced. It is amazing how much fun you can have poking people with a piece of plastic while saying woosh, woosh, hmmmmm. Five minutes passed in a jiffy and then it was onto the boring bits. I promise next time I will bring two packets of chocolate treats.

Just back from a fabulous weekend in the gold coast of South Australia. Gonna soak up the sun, the fun, the fluids, the caches, the fun, the sun and more fun. Thanks for a great time to everybody. The frog found a nest of green frogs in the green tent this morning. It's not easy being green. 

Well the world didn't end last night and I was not a zombie murderously intent on filling my belly with brains this morning. So we went caching instead. And after caching all day on YP we headed for Sweden for a walk in the Black Wood. Great meet people who did not want my brains for food. 

In case you are interested Freddo uses Trinitrophenol for etching martensite. Check image. Yes it is related. Yes it is explosive. Yes it does stain your fingers yellow. No you should get it on your clothes and head for the airport.

BTW "ILNOPRSTUVWXY" is not much fun.

Found a car park. That must be the difficulty 1.5 part of the cache. A very pleasant spot to eat breakfast. Interesting crew. There was some hints, which will mean a lot of hard work for those that attended. 

Brr....... The wind was cold and rain fell. Did not worry the geocachers.
