Climbed McPhails Trail from Jacks Corner Road. After a visit to the lookout near the Promised Land Trail returned and ascended to the Carrialoo tableland at its north-eastern corner. Steep but nothing technical. The tableland is mostly low open scrub on a had rock base with interesting rock outcrops, interspersed with forest and one area of thick head-high rushes.
Found the trig and continued to the western end of the tableland for extensive views. Then back and descended off the south-eastern corner of the tableland. Walk done with Sydney Bush Walkers.

I’m an infrequent trig hunter but found myself checking out this track for future reference.

I had some intel on nearby aboriginal sites from a colleague (also a friend of both the previous finders), so I included a visit to the trig on my walk. I parked in Glenworh Valley Road and walked up through the Mt White Bush Reserve. Not for the faint hearted, with a bit of scrambling, but some outstanding rock outcrops. Great views over Mangrove Creek. Found some of my aboriginal sites, couldn’t find some others, and found some unexpected ones. All in all a good day out.

Great views up here (although the wind was brisk). Day 10 on the Larapinta west to east.

Found whilst walking the Larapinta Track. I assume it is a genuine trig point as it is sign-posted as such and I was unable to find a definitive list of trigs in the NT.

Day 1 of a Larapinta Track journey. Got to the lookout but not the true summit due to time restrictions.

Hiking the Overland Track and made the climb up Ossa. Nothing to add to what others have said.

Out on a group walk to Bennett Lookout and down to the Grose River. Picked up this trig on the way.

On a walk from Otford to Waterfall. Lovely day. Parts of the Coast Walk currently closed for repairs, so I had the track to myself.

Spent the day walking from Medlow Bath to Lawson (Bruce’s Walk) and passed this trig on the way.

It's only taken 6 years, but I found the cache today at last. I have had a couple of quick looks over the years but today had time for a really good search. Nice to find it at last! Cache contents are in pristine condition after 16 years. It was a lovely spring day and I continued on my bushwalk to Grose Head North and back.

Found whilst walking the AAWT. The clouds lifter long enough for me to get a photo with some of the view.

Found whilst walking the AAWT. The rain arrived as I approached the summit. I spent the night tucked up nice and dry in the hut at Mac Springs.

Found as prt of a walk from Mountain Lagoon, down Gospers Ridge to the RFS base, a road bash to Colo Meroo (meeting lots of friendly locals with helpful directions, despite all the private property signs), and then up Mailes Ridge.
Weather was hot and muggy but not too bad.
The trig is top notch. Great views in all directions. A nice sized cairn. What more could you want?

Stopped by on my way back after a walk to Crawford's Lookout and Wollemi Creek. The views from Crawford's Lookout are fantastic. The views from Hollow Rock are pretty good too. Found a few surveying marks on the rock (triangle, nail, and convict symbol) and took photos of all. Very impressed with the rock formation.
A lovely sunny day. Stopped by on my way for a walk to Crawford's Lookout and down to Wollemi Creek. It's been ages since I found a trig!

Revisited the site today. It has changed significantly from when the cache was hidden and is strewn with fallen trees. It’s had a good life but time to put this one to bed.

The ancient king was protected today by a squadron of mozzies, so I had to move quickly. There were lots of tadpoles in nearby pools - maybe when they grow into frogs they can do something to reduce the mozzie population.
Excellent container! Thanks for looking after the cache.
Cheers,

A big day of bushwalking, beginning and ending at Cowan. Some of the off-track is pretty gnarly! I have been to Cliff trig a couple of times previously but never beyond. I found that following the creek down to Little Gunyah Beach was pleasant and definitely better than the rest of the scrub. There were a number of groups at Gunyah Beach relaxing and it was beautiful weather.
Climbed over the point to the cache and rock-hopped back. Then I walked along the beach and up the creek at the other end. All up it was over 10 hours' walking - I'll sleep well tonight.
Thanks for the cache and the adventure.

Camped the previous night at Kidmans Hut. Around 7pm an ominous wall of smoke engulfed the valley. I climbed Big Brassy to get phone reception and an update on the bushfire situation, which led to me curtailing my bushwalk by a few days. The views from Big Brassy were expansive but hazy. The trig is a plug in the rock - no cairn or tripod.
A nice but hazy day's walking in the Jagungal wilderness. I had the place to myself - perhaps the bushfires had put people off? They were putting me off, and I left the next day. Cup and Saucer Hill can be a challenge to climb, depending on the approach, and I had a few failed attempts from the eastern side. However, the approach from the saddle to the south (between the "cup" and the "saucer") is straightforward. The trig has blown off the peak and lies in a disheveled state a few metres down. There is no marker on the peak. I continued on walking after climbing back down and camped at Bluff Tarn, a lovely spot, and enjoyed the next day's walk out to my car which was parked near Cesjacks Hut.

I checked the cache on 11 November and it was there - I will check again next time I am in Manly. In the meantime, just expand your search a bit and you might be rewarded.

Unfortunately the cache for Bubbler Dash has been muggled and I am unable to replace. Because this is the companion to Bubbler Dash I will also have to archive this cache.

Found on a Corang Loop walk (with side trips). It was blowing a gale! The air was crystal clear and the views were great.
Found during a Corang Loop walk (with side trips). What a fantastic spot - I was so tempted to have a swim. A really idyllic spot - so beautiful. Natural infinity pool.
A clear but very windy day in the Budawangs - I almost got blown off the arch! Camped the night in the caves near Burrimbeet Brook and spent the next day partly off track to the river and cascades. My first time here and I found it very interesting and very scenic. Thanks for the geology lesson.
