1 November 2024 I was messing about in Greece when this fine cache got published, and decided to make it my first find (hopefully) on my return. As expected, it did not disappoint.Thank you, Calypso62

The previous logger, having read my earlier comment about the original cache container now being entombed in steel... AND .... having witnessed the big fire nearby, has suggested to me that Grey Mist may in fact be CURSED !!!! What fun !!! Perhaps I should add a skull and crossbones to the description. Search at your peril !!!!!!!
19 August 2024 A nice little detour on my Coogee to Manly walk.TFTC tommymolloy

Interestingly, between now and the last found log - one day - this geocache has been muggled presumably by a large turning truck. When I visited to replace the wet log today, I caught a glimpse of the container... entombed forever in crushed metal. Perhaps the environs were camouflaged by grey mist... Such is life! Replaced now but with a nano and of course new log.

A very pleasant gathering, and we were lucky with the weather. Nice to catch up with old friends, meet some new ones - and have a first lesson in written Thai.Thankyu, WHyvNA and congratulations on 10 years of geocaching.

Fingers crossed !!!This inspired me to wonder how long I'd been geocaching. Only 8 years. Started 2016, and my total tally of finds and hides pales in comparison to WHyvNa's !!! But what these finds and placements lack in number, I hope they make up for in sheer exoticness and general fabulousness... haha.

I love street art !!! This is a fun tunnel in my old Alma Mater. And was normally part of my route from Footbridge to whatever mischief I was in at the time. At night it was dark and scary as.The graffiti that were there then, were of the "wild" type. Done on the fly, by evil lurkers. The current art is of course sanctioned and controlled. In the bad old days, the scruffy student miscreants I ran with hung out in Glebe, Newtown and Redfern, dodging cops, etc. I was pretty hopeless at the art, and more spray got on me than on the walls. But I did scrawl a few pieces of urban poetry. Profound, no doubt, but as ephemeral as all genuine street art. One of my more talented mates created an Angel shaped tag for my signature. Angel of the fallen kind, presumably.. But it kind of stuck.Anyway, this may all be totally untrue. Thankyou ozbuckeye for the nostalgia trip.

18 July 2024 There was a whole kindergarten of gorgeous small people at GZ.I'd come on foot from the Outer Regions so returning was not an option. So I tried explaining to the leaders what geocacing was, and that crawling round their charges was not at all creepy.... The kids all loved my anics. Possibly the adults not so much ..... (And I concealed my cut throat razor)But they all loved the find, and swore secrecy.Thank you Calypso. I did enjoy the histort lesson and my visit to this colourful area.

Because of Council works one of the waypoints is currently unavailable, so I have provided the answer.

10 July 2024 With a CO called Escher , I expected a container with surreally-planed sides!! Haha. But happy to settle for something more prosaic, if it delivers a smiley face And for a first cache this rocks. Please ask your Mum to cook more curries!!Favourite point TFTC EscherGeocache

In its first life, this geocache lasted about a week. I've now placed the container in a different location, but close by, where I hope it will be less vulnerable to casual muggledom.
Coordinates changed from:S 33 48.582 E 151 11.242Coordinates changed to:S 33 48.578 E 151 11.234Distance from original: 47.3 feet or 14.4 meters.Too obviously mugglable in the original position. A small move to, hopefully, a less vulnerable spot.
