Logs for SWAG tim 

I found this one by accident while in the area for some rock climbing. It's been years since I've done any caching but the hide caught my eye and sure enough, the familiar sight of a clip lock container was under there. I won't count this as a "find", because I wasn't looking for it, but nice to see it here. 

Found it now sheltering under a rock overhang from the sudden hail storm. Nice spot we often come here for a Sunday afternoon walk 

Found but unfortunately no pen/pencil to sign log. Nice area, Cheers 

It's been about 7 years since I last found a cache, this time had my kids with me and they thought it was great hopping over rocks and finding the "treasure". Found it using the iPhone app. Thanks

I no longer have connections to the area, so I'll have to let this one go.
Hopefully one of the locals can use this spot for another cache some day.

It was only later that I realised what must have been going on. Looks like you had a good day.
 

We took a drive through the mountains then ended up in the Hunter Valley. Stopped here and at a few other lookouts on the way. Thanks. 

Just visiting for the weekend, we stayed not far from here. Nice walk. 

Went to get this one in between ordering some take away and picking it up. Nice and easy. 

The SWAG team had an overnight walk through the area, we camped at Ten Mile Hollow and walked back on the Western Commission track. Would be a good one to do on MTB.

Decided to visit this end of the park which we have not been to before. Lots of whale watchers around, there had been some sightings earlier today but we weren't able to spot any. After finding the cache we continued on to the lighthouse, it's a nice walk except for a few muddy spots.

Have done the walk a few times before, but not today. The track was pretty mushy after rain, but still plenty of walkers around. 

We tried to approach this from the wrong direction and ended up at the bottom of the cliff. Interesting bit of history that time has nearly forgotten. 

Our first find for the day on a cool morning. 

Very interesting spot, I was not expecting to see something like this here. We had the area to ourselves as all the locals were down at the beach. 

Great spot. Thought there might have been more boats in use on the water, but it was strangely quiet.

Sorry for the late log, I dropped someone off for an appointment in the area and made use of the spare half hour.
Nice little track to a nice spot.

I poked around for about 20 minutes but then gave up. 

Walked around in circles for a while before finding it where I wasn't expecting to. Another nice mountain view. 

This one was pretty painful. I took a bad way up and a worse way down... Lots of lantana scratches but nice view from the hill. 

I scared a few deer as I was walking up, they turned and bolted when they saw me which I was glad about since they are quite a bit bigger than me. 

I searched until it got dark, and had to go. 

I checked the tides this morning and decided an early lunch was the go. You really need Inspector Gadget arms for this one. Excellent spot, and a nicely placed cache. 

Thanks for checking it for me. Sometimes I make the easy ones hard. Great spot, and there are other good views a bit further round. 

I had a bit of a poke around during my lunch break but missed it. 

I'd had a couple of failed attempts here, but this time found it in the obvious spot. Nice to see the river flowing fast. 

A rainy weekend is probably the best time to grab this one, nobody else around and we found it easily. 

As soon as we got out of the car it started bucketing down. The trees gave just enough shelter to sign the log. Thanks.
