I completed the adventure lab and then went hunting g for the bonus cache. I searched for a while without success. I then used the hint to no avail. I messaged the CO, and we headed for Red Rock. The CO quickly provided some more information, so we returned, and it was Muggle Husband who made the find. This cache is very well hidden, I would not have found it without the extra info.

Travelling from Koroit to Colac, we stopped in Camperdown to check out the op shops and catch up on some caches. This is a lovely town with a magnificent clock. I have sent my answers to the CO and hope they pass muster.

Staying in Koroit, it was a dull, cool day, so we decided to visit Hopkins Falls and then Warrnambool. Unfortunately, there were no whales to be seen, but I did find this cache.

Staying in Koroit, we decided to head for Warrnambool. It is such a pretty town. At WP1 I was a bit unsure about a couple of the questions, but we had lunch between WP1 and WP2, which gave me a chance to sort out the answers that I was unsure of. I was glad to see the right thing at WP2, and set about doing some more computing and counting. At the Final GZ I think I found the right object, and have sent a photo the the CO.
Staying in Koroit, we decided to head for Warrnambool. It is such a pretty town. I found the old Post Office building and complied the figures. The cache was found quickly and easily. Awesome.

I found the signs easily and worked out where to go for WP1, where my poor old eyes struggled to find what I was after. When it was found I then had to read it, and the phone came in handy (I must get some new specs). At WP2 I was a bit dismayed because I could not find a plaque. Bah. Then I spotted the smaller specimen and all was well. I love gardening and gardens, so this multi was a treat.
Staying in Koroit, we visited Warrnambool. I was keen to do this virtual cache, but it was blowing g a gale and was hot, and Muggle Husband was not thrilled. After lunch, it had cooled down, so a return visit was made, and the information was collected.

I was a bit dismayed when I saw the temporary abode and all the rubbish, but the area seemed deserted. I used the hint as I did not want to hang around too long. Heading to Koroit Mt Gambier, we stopped at Heywood for lunch. I saw that there was a virtual cache at the water tower, so headed that way and took the photo.
We stopped in Dartmoor on the way from Mt Gambier to Koroit. I saw this virtual on the map and decided to give it a go. I have sent my answers to the CO and hope that they are OK.

Staying at Mt Gambier, we decided to take a trip to Millicent today. We called in at the lovely tourist information center, and I saw that this virtual was close by. These guys are truly heroes.
Staying at Mt Gambier, we decided to visit Port MacDonnell, and Hells Sinkhole was on the way. The area here is very overgrown, and despite a decent search, neither of us could find the cache.
Staying at Mt Gambier, we decided to take a trip to Millicent today. After checking out Millicent we decided to head to Penola, and passed through Kalangadoo. This cache caught my eye, but when I saw GZ I was a bit dismayed. I got very lucky here and spotted the cache quickly. Muggle Husband was very relieved.

I solved this multi a couple of days ago, but was not sure if I would have time to find the cache. Our trip to Millicent took less time than expected, so I decided to make a detour to the cache on the way home. I did not expect this type of hide in this location, so finding the cache took a little while.
I am not great at solving puzzles so I was very chuffed when I cracked this one. I was determined to find the cache before leaving Mt Gambier, which I did. Great stuff.

I solved this multi a couple of days ago when we were in Penola, but could not work out how to get to GZ, and decided I had miscalculated the coordinates. I checked on Google Maps and decided that I was actually correct. Fortunately we returned here today, which provided an opportunity for find the cache. This is an excellent multi with a fitting final GZ and cache container.

The cache was a bit difficult to get out of its hiding place, but Muggle Husband used his strength and I was soon signing the log.

Staying at Mt Gambier, we did a trip to Port MacDonnell today and visited Hells Hole on the way. I have cobbled some answers together and hope that they are OK. I had no signal at GZ and had to guess what was required here. This is a very interesting place. The divers are very brave. I know my daughter has done some cave diving and the idea really scares me.

Staying at Mt Gambier, I solved this jigsaw a couple of nights ago, but did not think I would be able to make the find. Today we did a trip to Port MacDonnell via Hells Sinkhole, so a short detour was made and the cache was found. I left a TB here for the next finder to move on.

When travelling, I tend to ignore multis and puzzles, but this multi was so simple, I could not resist. Great spot for a cache.

There is one gigantic modern headstone that eclipses everything. This cache was found quickly and easily after wandering around the tombstones.

This is a very interesting place. Washing the wool would have been dirty work, for sure. I searched high and low for this cache, and found nothing. I read some previous logs which ruled out one of those options. I searched some more, and invoked the power of Muggle Husband. It was his Royal Highness who spotted the cache in its deceptive hiding place. Awesome spot for a cache.

We decided to walk around Valley Lake.today, but it was unpleasantly windy, which spoiled the walk a bit. I had a look at a few patches of bare crater wall and tried to work out some answers, but I am no geologist. I just hope my answers are OK.
Staying in Mt Gambier, we decided to take a trip to Penola. I just can not imagine coping with so many children, you would never have a minute to yourself. The cache was found very quickly at this historical gem of a place.

It made no sense until we found the cache. Aha! I have seen this type of hide before, but it still gets me hunting every time.
I solved the puzzle easily and spent quite a while at GZ but could not locate the cache. Bah!
